A fixed-price, written review of your product, the markets you are launching in and the documents you already have. You get a PDF report on what applies, what is missing and what to do next, plus email follow-ups for your questions.
Who is it for?
Brands, manufacturers and sellers launching physical products in the EU or the UK who are not sure what they need, or who have documents and want to know whether they are good enough.
How long does the report take?
Within 3 working days for three markets, 6 working days for six markets and 10 working days for EU 27 + UK, counted from when you submit your documents.
What counts as an email follow-up?
Your plan includes email follow-ups with our team for questions about your report and your next steps: 6 with three markets, 12 with six markets and 20 with EU 27 + UK.
What documents should I upload?
Everything you have: labels and artwork, safety reports, formula or ingredient lists, safety data sheets, test reports and certificates, declarations of conformity, and any notice from Amazon or another marketplace. If you have no documents yet, that is fine. Tell us, and the report will list what you need.
Is this legal advice?
No. It is a regulatory compliance consultation. It does not include a legal opinion, formal approval of documents, certification, testing, or registrations and filings on your behalf.
Which countries do you cover?
All 27 EU member states and the United Kingdom. With three or six markets you choose the countries; EU 27 + UK covers all 28.
How do I pay?
Securely through Stripe, in pounds sterling, before you upload your documents. It is a one-off payment, not a subscription, and it is non-refundable.
Can Eldris do the work the report recommends?
Often, yes. Eldris provides EU and UK Responsible Person, cosmetics compliance (CPSR, PIF and CPNP), EPR registrations and label services. Your report ends with the ones that fit your case, each with a link to get started.
What happens to my documents?
They are stored privately, used only to prepare your consultation, and deleted 90 days after we send your report.
