Consultation terms
These terms describe the Eldris compliance consultation sold on consult.eldris.ai. The service is provided by EldrisAi OÜ (Reg. No 17298529, Ruunaoja tn 3, Tallinn, 11415, Estonia). Our general terms of service also apply.
1. What you buy
A fixed-price, written compliance consultation for the markets on your plan:

2. What the consultation includes
- A review of the information you give us and the documents you upload.
- A written report (PDF) on the requirements that apply to your products in the markets on your plan, the gaps we find, and the steps we recommend.
- At the end of the report, the Eldris services that can help, each with a link to get started.
- The number of email follow-ups on your plan, for questions about your report and your next steps.
3. What it does not include
- Formal approval or sign-off of any document.
- Writing or auditing a CPSR, Product Information File or technical file.
- Product testing or certification.
- Registrations, notifications or filings on your behalf.
- A legal opinion. The consultation is regulatory compliance guidance, not legal advice.
- VAT, tax or customs advice.
Several of the excluded items are separate Eldris services, which you can buy on their own terms.
4. Timing
The report time on your plan is in working days (Monday to Friday), counted from when you submit your documents on your private consultation page, not from payment. The report is based on the information and documents you provide. If they are incomplete or inaccurate, the report will be too.
5. Payment and refunds
One-off payment in pounds sterling (GBP), taken by Stripe before you upload your documents. Payments are non-refundable.
6. Your documents
We delete your documents and answers 90 days after we send your report. Keep your own copies.
7. Images on this site
The images on consult.eldris.ai are © 2026 EldrisAi OÜ. Except for the data charts covered by section 8, they are not licensed for reuse. To ask about using one, email [email protected].
8. Data, tables and charts
The data tables, the downloadable data files and the data charts on our reference and data pages (EU and UK requirements guide, where Amazon sellers are based and what sellers ask) are © 2026 EldrisAi OÜ and are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
You may copy, share and adapt them, including commercially, if you credit "Eldris (consult.eldris.ai)" with a link to the page, and, for the seller-location data, "The Sellers Index". The page text and the other images are not covered by this licence.
